People and Places

Some photos of people and places taken during our trip.

The hike to The Tigers Nest Monastery

No trip to Bhutan would be complete without visiting this truly amazing monastery.  Unfortunately it does mean a long strenous hike!!

The Tigers Nest Monastery - A little closer.

Now on level terms but still 1400 steps up and down to get there!

Food waiting on the way down plus a few hopeful dogs.  None were aggressive and are obviously well treated.
